Below you will find our most recently filed SEC Form CRS.
As of 2020, the SEC requires an additional disclosure document titled Form CRS (Customer Relationship Summary). Unlike the existing SEC disclosure document (Form ADV Part II), the new Form CRS is limited to just two pages. Form CRS is meant to provide a concise summary of services offered by an advisory firm, as well as to disclose potential conflicts of interest an advisor might have, and how those conflicts are addressed. Form CRS also prompts potential clients to ask standardized questions called “Conversation Starters” related to conflicts, disciplinary history, education and experience, and fees.
