The CFP® marks identify those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination covering the following areas: the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning.

Davis joined Burns Matteson Capital Management in 2015 to manage the firm’s operations and client services. He now oversees the operation team’s daily work, while contributing to the firm’s data accuracy, technology integration and regulatory compliance. Davis also assists new and existing clients with their financial planning and investment needs. Christopher is a native of Steuben County and lives with his family in Elmira.
